We are still able to deliver most services. Here's how:
All allied health and counselling services are 'essential services', it's important that clients continue or commence treatment through these interesting times. Here at Inspiro, we've pivoted quickly and changed things around so that we can continue to deliver high quality services.
How? Let us introduce "Telehealth" (also known as Tele Therapy, Video Consults, Online Consults). It really just means that we are able to provide consultations via video link or phone. Some services will still be provided face to face, depending on the needs, and all precautions are in place to make sure that is a safe experience for everyone.
Clients can choose to use whichever device they have access to - smartphone, tablet, PC and we will supply a link prior to the consultation. For those clients who do not have access to a device, or find the technology too challenging, we can provide a phone consultation. Once an appointment is made, your clinician will guide you through the process of how to prepare for your Telehealth consultation.

The other piece of good news for all our clients is that we are currently suspending co-payments for face to face, phone and Telehealth consultations until June 30, 2020. This means no fees for emergency dental, community health/public counselling and allied health appointments!
Please call us if you would like to make an appointment or want to know more about how you can make Telehealth work for you.
We are all adapting to this new way of working so we understand that there will be challenges. Take a look at one of our very own clinicians, Angus McHenry, talk about Telehealth - the way it works, the benefits as well as some of the challenges we are all facing. Enjoy!
