How to make delicious and healthy homemade dips
Store bought dips have preservatives, lots of salt and other additives, plus they've been in a jar for who knows how long... Why not make your own delicious, fresh and healthy dip. How to make delicious homemade healthy guacamole and tzatziki dip

Homemade Guacamole dip ingredients



  •  1 ripe avocado
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ½ small Spanish onion, finely diced
  • 1 tomato, finely diced
  • ½ tsp Tabasco sauce or to taste

 

  • FINAL STEP: Chop the avocado and blend with the other ingredients

Homemade Tzatziki dip ingredients



  • 1 cup low fat yoghurt, Greek style
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ½ cucumber, finely diced
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

 

  • FINAL STEP: Blend all ingredients together
