Fun exercise for diabetes

Exercise for Diabetes is a type 2 diabetes exercise class that can help you better manage diabetes. These fun exercise classes reduce glucose levels through a variety of different exercises suitable to your health.

Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays (due to popular demand we now have more dates available: call 9028 0153 to find out dates)


Times: 11am-12pm, 1:30 – 2:30pm (more classes available)


Location: Diabetes exercise class Lilydale: Lilydale Fitness centre on Main Street Lilydale


Cost: Bulk-billed 8 sessions by Medicare with additional 8 sessions at no extra cost. Affordable packages for ongoing classes.

An Exercise Physiology Initial assessment at Inspiro’s Lilydale clinic is required before commencing classes. Obtain a GP referral form and fax it to us before we can book your session in.
